About Circuit Forge

Circuit Forge is a logic-circuit design and simulation application. Users can place gates, connect wires, toggle switches, and observe output signals in real time.

The app supports gates such as AND, OR, NOT, XOR, NAND, and NOR, allowing users to build circuits including half-adders, multiplexers, latches, and flip-flops.

Circuit Forge can be used without creating an account, signing in, or providing personal details.

CF-A02
Collection module

Personal Information

Circuit Forge does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, payment information, contact lists, precise location, or other personally identifiable information.

The developer does not maintain user accounts, cloud profiles, or a remote database of users.

Boolean Circuit Evaluation

Circuit Forge uses an internal boolean engine to evaluate connected gates, input values, output states, and signal propagation.

Inputs Read locally
Gate Logic Calculated on-device
Outputs Updated immediately
Propagation Simulated locally
Truth States Not uploaded
Cloud Engine Not required
Circuit states are evaluated only for simulation and are not transmitted to the developer.

Project module

Circuit Designs and Projects

The application may process gate types, component positions, wire connections, switch states, labels, circuit names, and other project information.

This information is used only to display, simulate, save, and reopen the user's circuit designs.

Projects are not automatically published, uploaded, or shared with other users.

CF-C01
Signal module

Switches, Pins, Wires, and LEDs

Input switches, gate pins, wire states, and output LEDs are processed only while the circuit is being edited or simulated.

Signal values do not represent personal information and are not used for tracking, profiling, or advertising.

CF-C02
Storage module

Local App Storage

Circuit Forge may store saved projects, circuit layouts, gate settings, wire connections, interface preferences, and other application options in local storage.

Locally saved circuit projects remain on the device and are not uploaded to the developer.

Local data generally remains until the user deletes a project, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls Circuit Forge.

CF-D01
Access module

Device Permissions

Circuit Forge does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, photos, messages, call history, precise location, or personal documents.

Core editing and simulation features are designed to work without sensitive device permissions.

CF-D02
Network module

Internet and External Services

The core logic-circuit editor and boolean engine are designed to operate locally on the device.

Circuit Forge does not require a cloud simulation service, online account, or remote logic-processing server.

CF-E01
Tracking module

Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

Circuit Forge does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking, behavioral profiling, or analytics services that collect personal information.

CF-E02
Disclosure module

Third-Party Sharing

Circuit Forge does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose circuit projects, gate layouts, simulation states, or personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

CF-F01
Educational notice

Simulation Accuracy

Circuit Forge is intended for learning, experimentation, and digital logic design.

Simulated circuits may not reproduce every electrical property of physical hardware, including voltage, current, noise, component damage, or analog behavior.

The application should not replace professional electrical-engineering validation for real hardware.

CF-F02
Children module

Children's Privacy

Circuit Forge does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

The same offline and local-storage approach applies to all users.

CF-G01
Deletion module

Removing Local Data

Because Circuit Forge does not maintain online accounts or remote personal-data records, locally stored information can generally be removed by deleting projects, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the application.

Uninstalling the app may permanently remove saved circuits unless the user has created a separate device backup.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if future versions of Circuit Forge introduce new features or change how information is handled.

The latest version will remain available on this page.
